Duties and Responsibilities
We provide care by assisting with ADLs such as dressing, grooming, eating, toileting, and ambulating around the house. We discourage loneliness by making connections and keeping the client engaged with their choice of activities We encourage client self-dependence in order to promote self-esteem.
Wellness
A serene and calm environment evaluates the well-being of the client. We exercise professionalism by keeping the surroundings as quiet as possible. Striving to build trust and loyalty with our clients and their families that promote the well-being of the clients is our priority.
Fall and Injury Prevention
The number one incident occurrence that leads to injury at home is a fall. We exercise caution to prevent falls that result in injury. Our trained staff are painstaking in making sure that falls are prevented. They pay very close attention to the environment by removing injury hazards and promoting safety. Injuries could be prevented by increasing lighting, placing articles within easy reach, keeping the floor free of clutter, and cleaning up spills immediately. Requesting in-home care services keeps clients in the comfort of their homes and provides peace of mind to both clients and their families. We take pride in our services and ensuring safety.
